Transportation expenses
Air and Railway Tickets Payment:
Only invited speakers shall receive compensation for air and railway tickets (not higher that business class) upon arrival in Moscow.
Other foreign and non-resident participants of the conference shall pay their transportation expenses on their own.
Transfer:
Invited speakers shall receive personal meeting and send-off at the airport, free transfer “airport – hotel – airport” and “hotel – conference location – hotel”.
Other foreign and non-resident participants shall receive free transfer “hotel – conference location – hotel”.
Residence and meals
Free single room (including breakfast) shall be provided only for invited speakers. Any accompanying visitors shall pay for residence and meals on their own.
Invited speakers shall be informed about specific place of residence (in one of central hotels of Moscow) on or before October 1, 2010.
Check-in: from 12:00 (October 18)
Check-out: before 12:00 (October 20)
Other foreign and non-resident participants shall pay for hotel residence and meals on their own. Should the application be given on time, the Steering Committee can guarantee the residence of participants in single and double rooms of Moscow hotels. Since single rooms are limited, they can only be booked on “first come, first served” basis.
Other expenses
Any participant shall receive conference proceedings and tea and coffee with light snacks before the conference and during the interval.
Grants
Grants for compensating transportation expenses may be provided for young researchers. The decision on grant is taken on the following conditions:
- exceptional academic significance of the report to be made at the conference;
- amount of transportation expenses;
- financial possibilities of steering committee (the grants are given on the “first come, first served” basis)
Passport and visa
Please check your passport and availability of Russian visa. The support for receiving Russian visa is guaranteed if the documents are submitted in the latest three weeks before the start of the conference.

Translation services
If the invited guest does not speak any of working languages of the conference and he/she needs services of the interpreter, the Steering Committee should be informed about that as soon as possible.
Insurance
The steering committee shall not provide insurance and shall not be liable for any incidents, accidents or illnesses that the participants may suffer from during the conference or during transportation to and from the location of the conference.
